The Motorcycle Mechanics Show at Stafford County Showground is always awash with everything from the unique to the unusual.
Here are just a few of the eye-catching bikes on display at the autumn 2009 show.
There was an ex-Kenny Roberts Yamaha US factory TZ250. Roberts rode this bike at Assen in 1974.
This custom Norton, based on a 1924 500cc single power plant, is a university project created by Arron Rogers.
It produces 70bhp at 8000rpm. Rogers is currently trying to find funding to put the bike in to production.
A rare ex-works Buell RR1000R from 1985/6, which was built for the battle of the twins at Daytona in 1986, got a lot of attention.
Paul Rutten’s collection of 50cc Kreidlers made their debut at Stafford.
