Wheels For Wounded Raising funds for Help for Heroes Ride out From Sketchley Bar Worcester to Wooton Bassett War Memorial. 13th June 2010 departing at 10 am.

We are a group of Bikers riding Motorcycles, Quads, scooters and Trikes form Sketchley Bar in Worcester on 13th June 2010 in aid of “Help for Heroes” a registered charity supporting our armed forces.

We wanted to do something to raise funds for our armed Forces through Help the Heroes and celebrate the support the Towns people of Wooton Bassett give to our returning fallen, we plan to meet the Mayor of Wootton Bassett at the war memorial and lay Wreaths at 12-30. Jan 2010 we met initially Chris Bull, Alwyn Bull and Anthony Martin and started the organising with our site “Wheels for Wounded” on “Facebook” to promote the idea.

We have the full support of “Help for Heroes” who will have some of their promotional goods for sale at the start.

All forms of Motorcycles welcome Bikes, Quads, scooters and Trikes although minimum of 125 cc we have a limit of 200 bikes on the ride each rider and pillion will donate a minimum of £5 no upper limit. We are meeting up at 8am Sketchleys Bar, Weir Lane, Worcester WR2 4AY there will be refreshments available. Leaving promptly at 10am travelling in convoy to arrive at Wootton Bassett approximately 12noon.

Sketchley Bar will have live music after the event. We will have the Standard bearer from the Worcester city branch of the Royal British legion Standard bearer on the start line.
