Global Enduro’s First Ever Cambodia Rally Raid

Dakar riders Craig Bounds and Tamsin Jones have both signed up to the challenge of the first ever Cambo Enduro Rally Raid taking place in January 2012.
The Rally Raid adventure is an extreme trip aimed at experienced riders who want to explore the country further with more serious hardcore riding. With a brand new route and more off road this event is aimed at riders who expect the unexpected.
Compared to the original Cambo Enduro the Rally Raid trims some of the comforts and adds extreme, off the beaten track, trails.
Tamsin Jones, who has just set a new Everest Record by becoming the woman who has ridden the highest up Everest at 5359m, says “I am really excited to explore the hidden depths of Cambodia, I am so looking forward to a bit of heat too, especially after the freezing temperatures of Mount Everest!”
Cambo Enduro Rally Raid takes place from Sunday 15 January to Saturday 28 January 2012 and is limited to just 20 adventurers.
The cost to take part is £1895 which includes your Honda XR 250, accommodation, transfers, breakfast and dinner, expert guides, mechanics and UK medic, as well as all required permits and support vehicles. All you need to ensure is that you are in Phnom Penh on 15 January 2012.
