In this week's paper (on sale Wednesday, July 13) we've previewed the forthcoming 70s Bike Day at London's Ace Café on Sunday, July 17. While it is still set to be a fantastic celebration of period biking, one thing has changed since we wrote the story: Freddie Spencer will not be in attendance.

Not our fault, you understand; we're told he encountered 'visa problems' when trying to enter the country for last weekend's Festival of 1000 Bikes at Mallory. Get along to the Ace anyway – it's looking like being a cracking day out.
