Europe’s biggest bike-only rally is this weekend. The Farmyard Party starts on Friday at Duncombe Park, Helmsley, North Yorkshire and continues over the weekend.

No cars, vans or pedestrians are allowed – if you ain’t on a bike, you ain’t getting in. Last year’s rally was massive, with 10,000 or so turning up for a weekend of beer, music and bikes.

There are four big stages, a dance tent, seven bars, 20 live bands, 100s of traders, and a ride in custom show. It costs £35 on the gate, with all proceeds going to the Motorcycle Action Group, the lobby group fighting for riders’ rights.

This year’s Farmyard line-up is:

Friday: Razorbach, Mistakes, The Legendary Hamsters, Killer Instinct, T-Bone, The Sugar Bullets wet T-Shirt competition, Bessie and the Zink Buckets, The Skip Rats, Eat Your Words DJ team, hard house and trance.

BSH Ride in Custom Show, Free Wheelie Machine, Rodeo Bull and Dyno Tester operating all day, Little Rock then the Fat Skeleton, Smacked Arse Comedy Show, Self Titled, Foreigners Journey, Lime House Lizzy, Exhibit A, The Brewski’s Strippers, The String Fellows, Adrian Byron Burn, The Black Pearls, The Doors Alive Dance Marquee, The Eat Your Words Team.

Tickets are available on the gate. The organisers say you will not be turned away if you’re on a bike or trike.
