The MCN Live! weekend may be legendary for its bands, beer and the top flite entertainment but there’s also something quite unexpected and just as brilliant – an incredible fancy dress competition!

Over the years MCN Live! has seen everything from Buzz Lightyear to a troop of Oompa loompa’s compete with outfits home made to an incredibly high standard.

If you want to be in with a chance of winning you’ll need more than a wig and a pair of stillettos.

There’s awards for both individual and groups with a top prize of £200.

There are just under four weeks to go until the party of the year kicks off at MCN Live! Butlins Skegness on April 20-23, so get booking those tickets!

Bands
As always, the most entertaining bands have been booked including James Toseland's Crash, the Red Mock Chili Peppers, Mercury as Queen and the hugely popular Steve Ferringo – if you’ve never witnessed the Ferringo show it’s an experience you’re unlikely to forget!

The daytime entertainment is also shaping up to be something special with free mini-moto racing and free trials riding with the Mick Extance Off Road Experience. If those sound too much like hard work you could always stroll around the Show and Shine bike competition or watch the World Superbike Race live race from Assen on the huge TV screen.

Prices start from £99 per person including accommodation. Book now and save 15% on advertised prices. Go to www.mcnlive.co.uk or ring 0845 070470 and quote code LVWEB
