Alicante trip 2009

My friend Matt (in the picture with my Yamaha R1) was studying in Alicante for a year, so in July I decided to take a trip down on my R1 to see him.
My journey started in my hometown of Burton-on-Trent, I then crossed the channel at Dover and rode through Paris. I continued on, crossing the Milau Bridge, then through the Pyrenees, and eventually ending up in Alicante.
The beach photo was taken on a day trip to Benidorm and the other at Milau.
By the time I got home I had covered nearly 3500 miles.
The whole holiday was awesome! I'm already planning another trip for next year, maybe Greece or perhaps a bit further a field.
