20 members of the Benelliforum gathered at Rogart, in the Scottish Highlands, over the Bank Holiday weekend, coming from all corners of the country, from the northeast to the southwest.

Average mileages over the weekend ranged from 800 ish for those who lived oop north, to 2000 for the westcountry boys. Daily tours included Skye, Glencoe, and John-o Groats, the latter including the fabulously stunning A836, which stretches from J o G westwards along the very top of the country, before looping downwards, through Lairg, and back to Rogart.

The Benelli's were mostly Tornado's representing all variants, from the standard 900 Tre, with RS's, one 1130 Tornado, one 1130 TNT, and not just one, but 2 of the super rare, super desirable Tornado LE's.

With no fallers and no terminal breakdowns, Benelli's could be in danger of achieving a reputation for reliability! The photo's show a Tornado in touring mode, waiting for the Skye ferry at Mallaig, a line up of some of the Benelli's at John -o Groats, and 2 super-desirable LE's.

For anyone interested in the mark, www.benelliforum.com is THE online place to visit. Cheers Benny
