Beckenham, Kent 25 September 2010 Aprilia Caponord UK Meeting Wales saw the largest known meeting of the Aprilia Caponord ETV1000 adventure bike in UK.

Twenty nine riders of the famous Italian bike with the mille RSV engine arrived from all corners of Wales, England, Scotland and even Ireland at the beautiful settings of Llandovery, Carmarthenshire for the weekend of 17th September.

More Caponord riders joined the following day, Saturday for a 5 hours ride round the beautiful and scenic countryside of mid and west Wales. The ride took them through valleys, villages, small towns, hills, rivers, waterfalls, seaside, plains and woods. Many sheep were spotted around.

The ride was helped by the glorious weather that hit the area during Saturday making the camping weekend blissful. Most Caponord owners had never met before but have been in contact with each other exchanging help and ideas at the most popular Aprilia forum found at

 http://www.apriliaforum.com which is visited by Aprilia owners from around the world.

The gathering was so successful that another trip is already being organised for next year in June.

All Aprilia Caponord owners are invited to join this event where they meet fellow riders sharing the same bike as theirs exchanging opinions, experiences, stories and of coarse a few beers at a close by pub.
