My nieces Emily and Abbey sit astride a rental BMW I picked up in San Diego and rode to Phoenix for a visit in 2001.
Another noteworthy vehicle that I owned for less than six months. A 1995 Chevy Step Van that I was modifying to be a on the road live in vehicle, fitted with AC electrical fixtures and a propane stoves. I got around to adding some side windows as well when a sudden change in plans forced a sale before I finished the conversion.
Another salvage vehicle. 1971 MGBGT that I bought in Kansas City in an eBay auction. Towed it back to Mississippi and started to do a frame up restoration when life came calling and I sadly had to sell it.
I bought the Ducati back from the insurance company as it was too expensive to repair and they declared it salvage. So, here I strip her down, and sold it out the door piece by piece.
A drug dealer in Louisiana stole my 2001 Ducati 750S in 2002. He stripped it down but couldn't handle the power, crashing it and breaking his leg. Police called me to say it had been recovered. Here I pick it up from the police impound, in a sorry state.
Little wrench work on my older Triumph Trident.
When she was hot, I was not . . . still cruising around on a 1970 Honda 175cc, with the burnt orange paint!
Well, it is NOT a motorcycle but look at the stream lined design and split front window. Will trade my 2002 Dodge Dakota SLT (4.7L V8) for one in good condition in a heart beat!
