So basically I currently have my cbt, next year i'm looking to get a 125cc. I was wondering if I could buy a 250cc and restrict it to 14 or 33bhp considering that's what the limit is for the A1 license. Thanks :).

I'm doing my DAS at the moment, enjoying it, and considering what bike to buy. My instructor recommended, since I want to do touring and long distances on motorways, that I get nothing smaller than a 900-1000cc. However, I have a gravel drive, and a ramp up to a single garage, and I'm concerned about manouvering that sort of weight.A friend recommends a BMW F800, with a low seat. But I'm not *that* small. Is a 1000cc first bike for a woman a nuts idea? Has anyone any experience / recommendations? Thanks,Jake
