when riding along and I give it a handful at about 8,000 revs it feels like the clutch slips as the revs go up and I do not gain any more speed. If I take the throttle off and then give it again it is ok. Has anyone any advice or is it a new clutch. Thanks
has anyone else had problems with the paint coming off wheels in sheets!!!! dont know wether to take the rest of the paint off & get the wheels polished or get the wheels powder coated what do other people think on this subject??
Hi I have a E1 which came from DK. I think it is a import because although the plate behind the speedo needle is mph in the large letters, the odometer reads about 1.6 to every mile. The headlight dips to the left OK so all I can think is that to save some money they have not converted the odometer as it is not part of the MOT. Has any one found a converter to change the KM's into MILE's?

I have a '98 C1. The front brake has become progressively more spongey over the years. Last year I had braided hoses fitted but this made no difference and the brake feel has continued to deteriorate. The brakes have been bled and new pads fitted. I have been advised that this problem has affected other ZX9's and that the only cure is new calipers. I am wondering wether to get all the caliper and master cylinder seals replaced (not cheap if it doesn't change things) or go the pelacement caliper route (will work - even less cheap!) . Does anyone ...
Hi, Have a 99 C2 and have been told my mileage is in km but the speedo has a mph label on it ? anybody know how I can check or change the setting on the odo readout ? Simon
Has anyone fitted a Blueflame round into oval carbon or titanium can to their E2 or knows anyone who has. Would appreciate some feedback about fit, performance and quality. Have tried an oval can but due to the large connecting plate on the Kwack it looked ridiculous.
just bought a E1 model but need to fit a hugger, but which one is the best fit without to much farting about.
Need advise. At speed my 2001 E1 sounds as if the clutch slips at approx 9000-10000 RPM. Only happens when its being nailed. Is this some kind of valve opening or what, do they all do this? Cheers folks. Nidge
put magnatec in my E1 anyone tell me if this is ok or should i change it..... cheers
