Can anyone tell me whether the Yamaha 04 sports screen is any more effective than the standard? I'm looking at a double bubble for the longer journeys but it's ugly compared to the sports... If not, can you recommend a really good quality, functional and nice looking aftermarket screen? Cheers.

I've posted this in the bolt-ons as well, but am at the end of my tehter and need as much help asap. So apologies for repetition. I've recently purchased an aftermarket Akky can for a 2002 - R6 and am having problems fixing the link pipe to the headers. Apprantly they only do a slip-on link pipe for this age of bike, which is fine, but then where does the holding spring connect to? Cos there's none on the header pipes. I phoned the shop and they mentioned the belly pan and/or the fairing mount?? Which'd be fine, but the ...

I have just recently purchased an 03 plate R6 and its great. However, when i tried to start it this morning, the bike wouldn't start and i got an er_1 message. Has anyone ever had this happen to them or know how to fix it ?? i would be most grateful.

Anyone that has seen the Laguna Seca paint job on the R1 will know that it makes the bike look even more stunning, so when i looked at the new R6 on the american website i found that the same paint job is available only in the US. I have been thinkin of selling my 02 r6 and have been round some dealers to see what they offer. It is totally unmarked and has the usual mods of alarm/immobiliser and datatag, end can etc. The best i got offered was 3000quid! Its only done 10,000 miles. I have looked up the MCN sales and there are similar models going for over 1000 quid more! So can anyone help me out and tell me what i should expect to get for it?
