flat battery.....again!!

Has anyone else had a battery problem? I used it last week, left it in the garage for 2 nights..went to start it but it was as dead as a dead thing. I brought the bike to the shop and they charged the battery for me. i rode it home, but the next day it was flat again. Could it be the datatool alarm draining the batery? or could it just be a fcuked battery?

help! rear lights failed

Hi all I have a tail light issue on my 98/99 sv (faired); basically, rear lights and number plate light have stopped working. all other lights, indicators etc, including brake lights are still working. all the fuses in the block under the seat are ok. replaced the number plate light in case it was part of the circuit, no joy. checked both bulbs in the rear light assy, both light and brake filaments are ok. anyone had anything similar before, or anyone know if theres any other fuse blocks, inline fuses, oother electrical stuff I can check out?

I'm fed up...

... first I have to change my can and put my standard back on. Now I have to spend over %XA3300 for the garage to find out why my headlight doesn't work but the pass light does and fix it. They reckon there's a problem with the conection and that it was tampered with when the alarm was fitted. Fuses are fine, bulbs are fine but the wires are a mess and it's all just pissing me off. To add to that, the has decided not to work either. The keyfob doesn't work and the sensor light doesn't flash - ...

Will your frame crack up like mine?

Many, Many TL1000S models have frames that have cracked, Suzuki have refused to repair mine even though it is near the headstock and I believe highly dangerous. Many more have cracked at the rear shock mounting point I would like to hear from all the other UK riders and any advice to solve my deadlock with Suzuki will be appreciated. s.obrien3@ntlworld.com

SV650S new/old model?

I am considering buying a used Suzuki SV650S as a first bike for all round use inc. commuting - although somewhat concerned about the reported poor build quality & finish?! Does anyone know if it is worth me paying the extra if the bank a/c allows for a 2003-04 newer shape model, or stick with searching for a 2001-02 bargin? And what's the deal with black SV's, they seem to be priced considerably higher? Cheers - appreciate any thoughts....
