Hi all. First post so be kind. I have just bought a blackbird with the above alarm fitted. There is a meta alarm system sticker on the bike, it is operated by a m300rc fob so I can only assume it's a meta system. There is a mykro m16 movement sensor under the seat. The problem is that no matter how much I move the bike around the alarm won't activate. I have tried rotating the small screw through the small hole on the top clockwise to increase sensitivity but it doesn't seem to have any effect. The alarm seems ...

Hi, one of the front discs on my 2001 Bandit K! has become loose. The shims one the inside of the disc rivets seem to have broken up. Can I carry on using it like this and what could have caused the shims on just one disc to break up? The caliper pistons all move freely and I strip and clean them regularly. If I need to replace the disc is it best to do this as a pair (with pads as well)? I'd appreciate any advice.ThanksGraham
With the winter approaching I am beggining to prepare my bike for the winter. Got heated grips and fly screen on order but as money is tight don't really want to spend %XA3100 on a hugger and handguards. Anyone have any experience of making these? I have been looking at mudgaurds of other bikes that would fit over the 150 section rear of my bandit but they are pretty rare. I want function over form as these will come off when spring arrives and I upgrade the bike but don't want to ruin it / get frostbite in the meantime.

I'll be getting my bike used if that matters. I know that now most people will say get ybr 125 or something like that but I'm not really sure about it. The thing is, that bike is usually recommended to guys that will drive it for few months and than get something bigger but I'll be driving the bike I get for at ...
