BSB at Brands

Went to Brands yesterday 20th July, great racing till it rained for the 2nd race.Kyo did well to beat Shakey in the first race. James Ellison crash in the 2nd was horrific and broke his hip, his bike barreled and bounced and hit Shakey; he was lucky to stay on.Hope James recovers and manages to get back this season. Looks like it's between Shakey, Kyo and Stalker for the shootout. Josh needs to up his game to get anywhere near and keep on the black stuff also out of the kitty litter.Good day out and great racing in all classes. ...

Top Tips For New Bikers

I was just thinking after I posted the stupid reply about sticker removal (sorry) that there is a myriad of experience on this forum as well as the 'new to biking' fellows (and fellowesses). Has anyone got any top tips (real ones this time) in relation to biking, skills maintenance etc that has been passed on or learned over years of experience that newbies could benefit from, things like taking out a coaster to put your sidestand on in hot weather so it doesn't sink through the tarmac. Just thought as old farts could impart a bit of brain. Sorry if this ...

Motorbikes in london bus lanes

Just to gather opinion on this topic, I thought I'd post here. Now that Putney bridge has been closed for the next 3 months, traffic seems to be chaotic as everyone tries to get across Hammersmith Bridge instead. I commute to work on a motorbike, and while I hate filtering through traffic, being sat stationary is even worse. I thought I'd ask Richmond Borough about allowing motorbikes access to the bus lane that runs the entire length of the A306, specifically for the coming months because the weight of traffic makes motorcycles quite vulnerable. I thought the reply demonstrates the ...

Stolen Gas Gas Cami

Hi All, on the 20th of July a Gas Gas Cami 250 enduro was stolen from Kirkby Stephen Cumbria. This was out of the showroom and unregistered as brand new. Serial number VTRPA25Z0E0440066, engine number 000169The Cami is still quite rare in the UK and if anyone comes across any for sale please let me know. Ring MHB Motorcycles on 01768342538 or 07921062179. A reward will be given to any information late leads to the return of the bike. Cheers
