Can anyone give me advice on whether I should replace Front discs on my 2002 GSX-R750 K2 as the front brake has started to 'pulsate' slightly? Pads are ok. Is there any other 'remedy'?

My Suzuki GSX-R750 has just been fitted with a new aftermarket rear shock, but since then it has been spinning its rear tyre under power when riding in the wet.
