Recently I was involved in a single vehicle accident caused by a massive spillage of oil on a bend of a country road, luckily my only injuries where a couple of bruised ribs and a sprained thumb, my bike however is currently under assessment for repair or possibly written off, unfortunately no one knows the cause of the spillage so I am unable to recover any losses from a third party i.e. damaged riding gear and insurance excesses, the police aren't interested as it was a SVA and no damage was caused to street furniture etc, the local council cannot ...

Unfairly treated by Honda?

Not sure where to put this but legal is as good as any,I'll try and keep this as short as possible,My gudgeon pin sheared on my 2012 CBR125R after 5500miles, got it picked up all under warranty but had to wait over a month for the work to be done, apparently they had to wait for a component I was told the head was on back order. Provisiional to Full error

Ten years ago I passed my theory, CBT and test to ride a 125. This I have done with MOT, service and insurance each and every year for decade. Last month I decided to upgrade my bike [bigger engine]. Long story short, I only have a provisional, not a full licence. Why?
