a speedo reading well in excess of the actual road test speed , or the reading of a sat nav, out on monday i actually saw well over the speed stated in a recent road test, but it was also well out on the sat nav which also measures speed, question is how accurate are sat nav speed readings, it seems to be pretty accurate according to the car i drive until it gets way above anything that is legal.

On Motorway Cops (on iplayer now) a guy on an international licence hires a fast BMW, goes over 80 through 40mph roadworks (no bugger working of course), passing a marked police car then 105mph down the motorway. Empty road at night. He is sent to court. He then is caught doing over 100mph on the motorway again.Twice fails to appear in court. To me you have dangerous driving as he is not paying attention to anything around him (speed limit changes nor paying attention to what he's over taking also at night where you can't see crap on the roads as well) and ...

With the French and EU (spit) fcuked up regs, our own retarded legal system which is unable or unwilling to prosecute and lock up Drunk, Texting... (insert your own distraction) cagers, who'd be a bikerPutting reflective Sellotape on helmets won't save lives ffs!, but locking up killer drivers and handing out lifetime bans to those caught, just might.Fcuktards!!!

Did the search on Comparethemarket. Cheapest was Bennetts at 67 quid + 30 legal (i.e. 97). I am already with bennetts, so phone them for the renewal = 122 quid! WTF? Quizzing the bloke, he said they cannot match that price on renewal, BUT its the same broker. My conclusion; the world has gone bonkers!
