2014 MotoGP coverage

I live in the Kingston Communications area and  cannot have a BT landline or BT broadband as they will not service the Hull area.My only other option is to subscribe to Sky which at between %XA328.00 and %XA343.00/month is extortionate. I have no interest in football or any other sports channels and basic Sky is just regurgitated programs from the terrestrial channels. I have looked at all the available options but it seems that I will not be able to view MotoGp at all this year. I am therefore very angry about the BT Sport monopoly on the coverage.

Yamaha signs Rossi for another 2 years

Whats your thoughts on this? If I was Yamaha I think one year would have been enough considering the potential of the Espargargo boys and Valentino's age. If put on the table he still would have signed for 12 months. That would give another year experience for either of the Espargargo's and both will be a force to be reckoned with in the near future if given the right machine.

Marquez, WHY so dominant???

Hi All,Watching race Sunday 4th May 2014, Mr. Marquez just looks so dominant, as if he truly has another 0.5sec a lap at least in him, yet Rossi is riding out of his skin to get 3rd. I think this Honda is a stunning bit of kit AND Marquez is riding it like a Moto2 bike with 250HP lol.  I watched and re-watched him slowed down, and apart from backing it in like the Moto2, (Electronics in MotoGP manages tyre/grip),  everything else is similar to that class. The cut n thrust passing/blocking, fairing bashing, he is totally ...

About time we had a BTSport coverage poll

MCN seem to be washing their hands of anything to do with opinions on BTSport taking over the MotoGP TV coverage. As MCN claim to reflect bikers opinions as journalists, and given the amount of comments on the forums regarding the current TV coverage, why have they not done an in depth report on how the BTSport takeover has affected race fans viewing and opinions of MotoGP. So step up MCN, get out there and find out, are the negative comments from a few disgruntled non BT users, have viewing figures gone through the roof etc etc...Let the fans know is ...

BTSport coverage is unacceptable

Here's why:* I have to pay BT to get their broadband to see it.  Ok - I bit that bullet, it's important to me.* And/or I have to pay BT for their TV box to see it on my television screen (unless it turns out I have a laptop with TV-out and can be configured as such).* There are adverts on their sports channels even though I pay to see it.. I can't tell whether ads happened during the race because..* I'm away on business the whole week and because of their "geofencing" I cannot view the recorded stream on ...

MotoGP for zip .. thanks to the net !

Well well well , am I relieved I searched the net before handing over my MotoGp ransom money to F'in BT ... found loads of european sites happy to let me view for nothing ... in exchange for a few seconds worth of adverts {less than last years eurosport} ... and one even had the live BTsport2 channel.  The coverage was ok 'ish , the presenters thrown in the deep end , apart from Jules , but can't understand who gave Mel the job ? ... I'd have had Keith as the programmes anchor man with James , thrown Neil ...

Donnington Park to Return to MOTO GP Calendar

Hi Moto GP fans !!I would like to bring to your attention that recently Donnington Park won several accolades for being an excellent circuit for facilities etc. and was wondering what your thoughts of for the circuit returning to MOTO GP on the calendar as it is times better then Silverstone as a demanding circuit for the rider. This circuit also happens to be one of Valentino Rossi's favourite circuit. I would like MCN readers to cast a vote on the subject as to whether Donnington Park should return to the MOTO GP Calendar.RIP Super SIC !!

Do not despair I viewed the MotoGP LIVE on a laptop with Fibre Broadband Wi fi, the site was it covers most Sporting events & there are no charges to view. The only downside using this site is that there are pop-ups and some are of an Adult content; you need to select a Link then wait for it to load until you hear the commentary and see the Images, then one by one start deleting the pop-ups off the screen, this can be trial and error also hover your pointer at the bottom of the screen & as ...
