Hello,I've been riding my 125 on a CBT for nearly 4 years now and am looking to move on in terms of licence and do my test.Thing is, I haven't a clue what I need to be doing. OK, I know I need my theory but what next please?I'm happy to keep on my 125 for just now but would probably like to move to say a 300 within a few years. I'm also happy to stick with an automatic as it's mostly city riding I do.What test/license should I be aiming for (A1/A2 etc) please? If I want to get ...

Is there any reason why you cannot take an A1 license on a 125cc automatic? Technical or legally? As there does not seem to be any websites geared up for this at all. Even the government website fails to list any 125s on it's list of approved 'Practical test' approved machines.
Some training provider websites mention a 7 hour upgrade course I quote"1/ Take another DSA test, Mod 1 and Mod 2 2/ Do a 7 hour training upgrade course hopefully carried out by us"So as im 30 and have a A1 licence can I just do the upgrade course whenever it starts and ride any bike as I hate the mod 1 took me 4 attempts to pass it and just hate that hazard avoidance so an upgrade course would be better for meAlso as my license is for Automatics only would any upgrade course when available have to be ...

Hi all, this is my first post on this forum:) not too sure if this is the right part of the forum but hey I'm sure some guy will mention something.Just need other peoples opinions really, I want to do my mod 1 and mod 2, I have already done my bike theory. however, I am 18 years old and 19 in may, but desperate to get on a bigger bike, as commuting is long..The problem I have is that if I pass my test now when I'm 18, then I will have to retake my practical when I'm 19.. ...
Passed A1 test. To get an A licence I know I need to do Module 1 and 2 again on a big bike, but do I have to do it before my theory test expires? I guess my CBT is no longer needed now also.
