Just bought a 2002 Honda CTR125, believe it has the same engine as an XR125, it starts fine on choke but when you try to turn the choke off is will not tick over and when revved it pops and miss fires, tried adjusting the mixture screw but it doesn't help, it seems to run the best with it screwed fully in as when you turn it out it gets worse, anyone had this problem and knows what the possible cause could be ?
Kawasaki GPZ500S ~ 2002 ~I have had enormous trouble getting the main stand onto the bike. If I were fit it would be a sinch, but I could do it. I've recently bought a '99 Suzuki XF650 Freewind, and I'm worried about its clutch/transmission. When i'm crusing in 2nd and i want to slow down and put it into first, i sometimes hear a grinding sound, and it doesnt go into first easily or at all, it gets stuck in neutral. A bypass I've found is double clutching it, once clutch into neutral and once more into first.
Hi guys, i've got a 2011 KTM Duke 125, done 12,500 miles. I used to ride it daily until I fell off and broke my elbow.Unaware of my injuries i rode the bike home (3/4 of a mile), as the only damage was a smashed mirror slightly bent gear selector and a twisted clutch lever. It has been sat for 4 weeks now and when i try to start it, it just turns over but doesn't fire up. All the fuses are fine and i can hear the fuel pump whirring when i turn the key. It has plenty of fuel ...
