That engine still isn%X92t perfect but it ain%X92t half bad. A bit snatchy around town but, out in the open, it%X92s a dream. Alongside that handling and those brakes, you%X92re in for one hell of a ride on board the Speed Four. Incredibly capable and beautifully built, its distinctive looks are ideal for those who don%X92t want to go with...

Hello, I've just uploaded a new Triumph website, the Triumph Motorcycles Archive. It is very much in the initial stages but would be grateful for any pictures or information that people could mail me to progress it. There is a link on the website to email me. http://www.triumpharchive.plus.com Cheers Lee

Question i am suffering an attack of the shiny bike syndrome and considering changing my current Fazer 600 for a Speed Four. Anybody ridden both and what would thier unbiased opinion be? Look forward to all your comments.

Boy? Been a while since ive been one of those...anyway...Hi all. Just bought one of these fantastic machines - moved down from a sprint rs (if thats the right terminology) - and i have to say its a revelation. Got a 2002 model in the much faster black! Its got a belly pan & seat cowl but i fancy a hugger and rad cowls. Any ideas where i can pick these up on the cheap? Very little doing on ebay. All & any help very much appreciated...hope to see you out on the roads. all the best, Bob

Ah well, after having my lovely green 9-month old S4 written-off by some tart driving a blue Renault Megane Coupe in October (didn't get the plate - too busy bouncing down the road!) Got a Triumph brochure in the post today: No Speed Four. I guess they ran out of leftover TT600 production bits! BTW, I got to ride a Speed Four while my TT600 was being serviced recently. Great bike, brought out the hooligan in me! Power delivery is quite different to the TT600: much more grunt at lower revs. Weren't half chilly riding it round the M25 though!

As the boards are quiet and I can not find my handbook... Is there anyway I can change the speedo to read in kmh? I only want a temp adjustment when I go abroad so don't want to bother with one of those converter on the cable things. Hoping to do it my just pushing some buttons. Also, what other web sites would be a good starting place to ask such questions as this board seems to be a little bit quiet? Thanks in advance.
