Bought a 2003 YAMAHA Dragstar last year on a whim, didn't use it a lot and have decided to this year. How do I check oil level? can't see a window and no dip on filler cap.
Hi new to this so would appreciate the help if possible. Right I have a 96 mk1 suzuki bandit its had a fill service 2 weeks ago but prior to this and still afterwards is a problem that is very annoying. The bike starts and runs fine until I try to open up the throttle at which point its seems likes its dumping aload of fuel into the system to which it cant burn off so the bike stutters and then the power kicks back in and it shoots off. Could anyone shed any light on this issue thanks.
I've got a 2001 gsx750f grey import and the advisory on the mot was the headlights. Can you swap the dip and main connectors around or is it worth forking out on a uk full headlight? also is it worth swapping the dash for a uk one, its already got the gizmo to read mph instead of kph?any help on this would most appreciated and if you know where to get them cheap.Thanks
Hi,I have a problem with my Honda cbr600fy that i hope someone on here can solve. As soon as i touch the front brakes whilst riding i get a slight twich of the front end to the right, its not enough to completely unsettle the bike and the brakes pull the bike up fine.There is no pulsing or spongy feeling at the brake lever either.The brakes have had new pads put in and a complete brake fluid change, the front forks seem ok too.Anyone got any ideas?
Hitrying to find a speedo drive for my 02 italjet millennium. I have tried italjet uk and other suppliers with no luck, so I am asking if anyone knows where I can find one or if their is a compatable one from another bikecheers

I%X92m refitting the cylinder head on a VT Shadow 700c V twin OHC. The 700c was modified for the USA market and imported to the UK. I%X92ve replaced cylinder and head gaskets with ones made for the 750c as these were the only ones available and they look identical. I am unable to get any compression in either cylinder. At TDC there is clearance at the inlet and exhaust valves but as I torque the camshaft housing the gap closes and all valve springs appear to be compressed. I've got a 2008 bandit and for the last few hundred miles I seem to have hit a strange noise coming from the chain area. The chain is oiled up and in good condition. I initially thought it was the chain catching the plastic guide but it is tensioned correct. The noise sounds like a bearing failure. When I took the cover of the front sprocket I can see all teeth are present, but when I turn the rear wheel, I can feel a notchyness in the chain as it goes round the front sprocket. I just recently replaced my panels on my bike and had to change the indicators from one panel to the other. They now are having issues. I can operate the rhs indicator but not the left. This is also greeted by a buzzing on the rhs operation and a perm on position for the Lhs. Please help a new rider! Would prefer to learn how to do it myself than get someone else to fix it!
