Shifter lever not returning to rest position

I've started having problems with my honda cbr500r where when I upshift from 1st to 2nd under decent acceleration the gear shift lever will suddenly go loose. This results in not being able to shift to third unless I unload the engine a lot (i.e completely release the throttle).Problem occurs only between 1st and 2nd, so I dont think it is the return springs. Anyone else have a better idea?

Sprint paniers

Help the right panier on my 2006 Triumph Sprint 1050 The locking mechanism is faulty. It appears that to access the workings i need to remove the inner part of the double skinned pannier but it seems to be fastened in by some sort of plastic rivets. Does anyone know how to access the mechanism or if they can be repaired or know anyone who repairs them. they are too expensive to simply throw away. Any help would be much appreciated.regards Steve.

kymco hipster 125 speed

hi all my uncle has just bought a Kymco Hipster 125 2004 model but he can only get it to do about 45 mph is the normal for a chinese bike, is there any way to get it to go faster

yamaha fzx250

i have a yamaha fzx250. i stock a couple of months and when i start it up. it turned to be weak . it doesn't even pull me in slight uphill. can you recommend how or what is the possible problem. thanks

Ducati mobster won't start and no

My name is jake, a biker from africa, I recently was in a mini accident and my dash was badly damaged beyond repair now seems like the dash controls the ignition of the bike! Will changing the dash alone solve this problem or will I need to change something along side the dash, or is there a universal dash that can solve the problem ( I ride a ducati monster 620cc 2006 model. Plz advice me as soon as possible.

speed flight 2 100cc

Hi can you help my son as got a speed flight 2 100cc after a hour of riding it it cuts out I have put new plug in twice now and it runs well for about a hour then dies and won't run can you help please

how to remove the cat c marker?

Hi all,i recently had a accident and the insurance wrote the bike off as a cat c, they paid out minus salvage costs so i could keep the bike, i have since repaired the bike and had a fresh mot put on now looking to sell it but the dvla say there is no marker on it but the hpi check shows it as a cat c write off on the date of the accident.what is the correct way to get rid of this marker or sell it with the marker?thanks in advance for your time.cheersshaun

Brake Problem

Well! The old lexmoto's at it again! I checked my brake pads the other day and noticed the front's were starting to get worn, so i changed them today. Now, the brakes seem to stick and i have stupidly soft brake lever. Bled the brakes and there was no air in them, and still have a soft brake lever and they're sticking.I have also cleaned the calipers and lubricated with fresh brake fluid (obviously before fitting the new pads, and allowed to dry). Bloody annoying if you ask me! Any help would be MASSIVELY appreciated.
