But started 1st time and was ok for weeks. Then it started to splutter between 1 and 3 thou but went away. I went to get petrol a few weeks later it started spluttering ...

It's sometimes comforting to know that other people are failing too for various reasons and you are not a total bike numpty. So if you are one of those people, ...

KTM Duke 125 turning over but won't start

Hi guys, i've got a 2011 KTM Duke 125, done 12,500 miles. I used to ride it daily until I fell off and broke my elbow.Unaware of my injuries i rode the bike home (3/4 of a mile), as the only damage was a smashed mirror slightly bent gear selector and a twisted clutch lever. It has been sat for 4 weeks now and when i try to start it, it just turns over but doesn't fire up. All the fuses are fine and i can hear the fuel pump whirring when i turn the key. It has plenty of fuel ...

KTM 640 LC4 supermoto oil leak

My 640 SM has an oil leak up high. I wasn't absolutely certain where it was coming from but suspected it might be from the cam box as apparently they are known for this on the left hand side of the engine, although my leak was on the right I thought I'd give it a try.It didn't fix the leak, although I'm not too bothered as I now know that my cam box is resealed with good quality Elring engine sealer it should see it through for a good while. That, and also that I had to sort the carb ...
