[b]BMW seems to support its dealerships on the sale of Stolen/Recovered motorcycles, e.g. I bought a £5,200 BMW R1100RT from an authorised BMW dealership in Rednall, Birmingham to find out 2 months later the bike had been Stolen/Recovered, re-stamped by police put together and sold to BMW who knew it had been restamped and sold it on regardless.. motto of "history known, future guaranteed" is BullS**T[/b]

Sorry to hear you were let down, informed me mate who nearly purchased that bike but then went for a K1200RS, luckerly this one has a full history. I hope Clarks have sorted it for you. If not they have an open day next Sat 25th March to launch the new season bikes such as the R1200 GS Adventure, and you may get some response if the bike turned up plastered with sign's All the best Peter R1150 RT
