Went on Tuesday and didn't really get much out of it. By the way- anyone else notice that MCN omitted all the bike mags from their list of stands. Just about what you'd expect I suppose.

Going on Sunday, Taking the kids so they will be climbing all over the bikes. Well thats a suprise, I would of expected them to all be there, most the publications are the same in side. Any way at least they say the 12 is the Best Sports Tourer of the year, it would be nice if MCN told us something we did not know. Only happend to buy it as I was bored, stoped buying the MCN a few months ago, Just fed up with the contents.

I'd like to know the honest opinion of the MCN Journos as to their feelings about the show, off the record like, I understand the politics. While I think the show is or does'nt seem as good as it used to be I still done a couple of deals that was worth the £14 entrance & Journey there, but not everything floated my boat though. What do they need to do to keep us happy? Will I go next year, maybe, maybe not.

You can always get my opinion, for what it's worth. Regarding stands, would you really expect McDonalds to supply you with a map of the nearest Burger Kings, for example? Regarding best tourer....we could have given it to someone else!!!! Regarding the show: I thought it was really good. I've been going every year for a few years now, and it's always going to be underwhelming compared to the first couple of times you go, but I think there's probably more stuff to actually take part in now. In addition to all the new bikes, there were plenty of bike simulators/racing games about. The Try a Scooter thing was a bit of a laugh, and you had mini motos and supermotos outside.... Certianly the number of stands for both bikes, and products seemed as numerous as ever...It took me about two days to go round every stand I needed to see for work, and even then I still missed a few. Add in a scooter ride and a go on the mini-motos and you've got a pretty good day...
