Get the Pipes?

Yeh! I've got them. And fabulous though they are, you should not have to get them to cure your problems. The SD Ignition is mappable. Whilst the dealer says He only has Two maps supplied by KTM. These are adjustable by someone who Knows what thy are doing. My First SD was mapped to perfection before it had the Breather pipe problem. Which KTM were allerted to and a full recall implicated. Sounds like your dealer dosn't have someone capable of altering the map to suit. Also would require a Rolling Road session. Guess I was fortuanate I have an understanding and suitably equipped Dealer.

Is this the best bike ever?

Picked up my Superduke on the 9th of Sept. and took it to France for a 2 week holiday, the dealer told me to take it easy for the first 100 miles then give it yahoo.I traded a 2006 R1 for this bad boy and it was well worth it.What a hoot i had running around Provence, no burnt ass like i had with the R1, totally useable power apart from the on off throttle at low speed.Brought it back home and after it's first service it does feel better, more go and a bit flightier.I fancy the evolution cans but do not know if it is worth the hassle of trying to get the fueling right.V twins rock!!
