The S has the fairing which provides minimal weather protection and 5-10kgs in weight. The Naked model also has shorter gearing so is about 6mph slower. The S model reaches an indicated 136 ish and the naked model will struggle to reach 130mph - indicated speeds. Otherwise the only difference is the price, the faired S model will cost about £400-£500 more.
