Think the forks are set at a slightly different angle, fairing etc, think the engine is tuned for slightly more torque and less top end on the sitty up job. Would go for the faired one.

S has fairing, 1 less tooth on rear sprocket and slightly higher foor pegs. As well as lower clip on type bars. Think the original naked had a slighly steeper steering head angle but i'm not sure. I've had both, naked is really good at lower speeds and town work and feels slightly quicker. Faired S version better allrounder IMHO

Fun bike but I found it crippling :( lasted about 15mins on it before having to stop before ending the test ride and taking it back. not tried the unfaired one Test ride them both and see which you prefer if your looking to buy :)
