I've got an '04 Sprint and weigh about 13st Most of my riding is fast road riding What should my suspension settings be as mine seems to ride much worse than my 2000 model Any help with suspension would be very helpfull THANKS!

Sir C I'll send you my settings on Monday. I'm 13st, & ride mainly quick twisty roads. mind you my sprint is a 99. What tyres have you got on? Are these the same as on your old one. If so have you checked the pressures lately as I have found that 2-3 psi difference in the front tyre can have a really big effect. BRS
