Can we have some feedback regarding the k1200s seeing that the bike is on sale,and i would imagine that must be some bikes on the road.

I've got an 06 model. Traded in a GS with 12k on the clock. At about 3,800 on the K. Love it. None of the fuelling problems that others have written about. Staggeringly quick, great handling, smooooooth, brakes can be a little grabby when cold ( but it is bloody freezing at the moment ). Got the BMW tank bag ( I thought the dealer was chucking it in as part of the deal but it was £140!!!! ). Got about 500 miles left on the rear tyre but it has squared off badly. Do a 100 mile round trip with 70 miles on motorway - any advice on the perfect tyre? Currently on Pilots.
