Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman reveal Long Way Up is on the cards

In an exclusive interview with MCN this week Ewan McGregor and Charley Boorman revealed they are planning to do another riding documentary, if we want it to happen. The pair who last weekend finished their latest adventure, Long Way Down, taking the acting duo from John O’Groats to Cape Town in South Africa spoke to MCN this week about their plans for the...

Another trip, WOW!!!!

I think its time to call it a day chaps. It doesnt take any great skill to travel from A to B with the amount of financial backing and physical support you have. Also while I am having a bitch, if you are going to visit a country, at least show a bit of respect by stopping and exploring the sights instead of just blasting through. Anybody can do that!!

I welcome it!

I welcome another documentary but with two exceptions. Leave the wife at home. It just messes with the group dynamic. secondly I agree with Borngen Biker. Slow it down enough so that we can see the countries. I dont think you guys or the viewers enjoyed you blasting through Libya and Egypt in the dark? What was the point in that? I'm sure you had reasons for the tight schedule but come on, whats a few extra days? As my granny used to say. "Don't spoil the ship for a ha'penny worth of tar!" On the whole I loved the two previous series and it inspired me enough to buy a bike and do my test and get out there!

Long Way Anywhere.!!

Charlie, Uwan, I have watched both LWR & LWD and was in ore of your adventures.!! I, as many others would love to see another Long Way, whether it be in europe or maybe you could consider Australia, It's a long way round here.. :) Whatever you decide I am sure it will be welcomed with open arms.

I can understand the passion you guys have riding your bikes and if I could take the time and had the bucks I would be doing the same.

But unless I win Lotto I am more than happy to watch your adventures.

Thank you both,

Ivan Hancock - Pakenham Victoria Australia

Definately, would LOVE IT!

This has got to happen! These trips inspired me to get into motorcycling and the show is great to watch. I enjoyed LWR more than LWD (if only slightly) because it felt like you did more and saw more. Hire the same team, and make sure that Claudio is appreciated, he's awesome we love him. Great team dynamics from both series.

Slow down, less mileage and more time. I know you guys hate being away from your families but it made for a better show the first time round. However the main thing is that you see as much as possible. Slam KTMs some more. My opinion is said. I would LOVE another show.

Also I dont understand this hate towards the guys. I enjoyed Charley, he gave more banter and the show had a contrast. It was great!
