Brake Pads

I just replaced my front pads with stock items but I think they are absolutely shocking, they only seem to work when you have used a few times so when warm. Need summit with a good cold initial bite, any recommendations??

Brakes

Go for EBC HH pads, they are the business with standard disks. It could also be that you need to replace your brake fluid if its 2 years old or more. If it has deteriorated it could be that you are needing to pump the brakes a few times before that work properly rather than them needing to be warmed up. Race only pads need a warm up but modern road pads shouldnt. I'd also recommend spending £60 on a set of braided hoses. They make a good difference to the feel on an SP.
