Oxtar / Alpinestars

I may be naive but it seems a little sad when a company is challenged it sees the solution by threatening legal action as opposed to raising their game and improving service / product line-up / product design / value etc. The most forward companies ALWAYS react by looking for ways to become better rather than trying to stop competitors.

Alpinestars Vs Oxtar

It may not be "Cricket" but commercial organisations take actions they believe will maximise profit & growth. That sometimes includes legal action. It's not sad it's what all businesses do, if that isn't their attitude they will either not survive or will remain a small cottage industry. The counter argument is that if Oxtar is playing fair Alpinestars will lose the case. The law is meant to level the playing field and protect intellectual property. It has to be that way.
