Triumph Bonneville america tyres

Can anybody recommend any tyres that would improve my confidence in the wet? The standard fittings seem hard and I think something a bit more sticky could help.

America Tyres

Hi Martin,

I have a 2007 America 1700 miles on the clock, went out on it for the first time and came off on a slow bend bike just slid away, tyres in excellent condition, Metzelers.

Have now fitted Avons, seem to be ok at the moment.

I'm sure you'll get proper advice from the tyre experts, but based on Dunlop's comments I fitted Roadsmarts, one of a few tyres with different compounds at centre/edges and they work for me.  The harder central section helps resist squaring off as well.
