  1. dropped my helmet, a Shoei XR 1000, from a wall 5 foot high. Got some scratches, mostly on the visor but otherwise looks sound. Is there any way I can get it tested to see if its seriously damaged?

If you come across their race service at either the BSB or a dealer event they can tell you there. Really helpful people, my mate saw them about the same thing at Oulton earlier in the year!
