Sucking Flies!!!

I keep getting bloomin flies sucked into me lid as I'm riding along...quite un-nerving whilst riding, wrestling to open me visor at speed.....though I suppose on the bright side....as snack whilst riding....hmmmmmm

I've got a Shoei xr-1000 lid, but I changed me lid around the same time I changed me bikes....so is it different fairings or the lid???

I got them

With Shoei, AGV and my two Arais so I think its just a fact of life they get in if they avoid being splattered.

I have an AGV

and suffered a similar problem a while back.  Visor open and a little fly gets in.  Not a problem until I realised it had crawled into my ear and was wriggling around...

Tooke me ages to get the damned thing out

Just checked mine and there done up.

On the otherhand i love riding with my visor open (Shark RSR2) but hate getting smacked in the eye by a bumble bee, feels like its going to take my head off sometimes! (Thank god they dont sting me when they hit me) Yet!

If you ride so slow that flies can enter your helmit and shop arround the inside, should you trade your bike in for a zimmer frame?
