Teams are always looking for and angle/ advantage.  I'm not suprised at all they were considering Michelin when most other teams would be on Bridgestone. This is why they switched from Michelin to BS to begin with.  I think it would have been a brillant move it had happened. They would have had Michelin's full attention and budget.
