Pressure Washer

There are devices sold by Caravan places which allow mains items  to be run off a12v battery. IMHO you need a pressure washer of at least 120/130 bar to be effectve and I believe that the current draw would drain a 12v battery very quickly.

Or

Get yourself a small generator & run it off that.

Take it you do have a water supply at the garages as you mention walking to & fro with buckets of water?

Failing that take the bike up outside the house & do it.

There are lots of garage forecourts with washing facilities.  I'm sure they'd not sniff at a bike being cleaned there.
