Any bike can be restricted to 33BHP just as any bike can be lowered or adapted to fit the rider.

Take her around a few dealers & get her to try sitting on a few to see which one she fancies. She is the one who will be riding it so she must have a big say in what she gets.

Once she gets it let her ride at her own pace so that she gets really comfortable with it. :winkie:
