Hi bought a 97 blade to try outs the tracks after riding for 25 years all places but not on tracks ! liked it so much got an 04 R6 track bike used it for the first time at brands few days ago , had a great time but the suspension obviously needs setting up has anyone got any good advice as to some setting pointers sags no problem . Also the tyres got trashed they were dunlop 208's weren't to impressed with them :upset:but some good advice on what tyres to put on would be great to cheers :sunglasses:.

Hi,

A good starting point for your suspension is the MCN article below (see 9th page).  Some settings recommended in MCN transformed the handling of my 2001 R6.

As for tyres, I can highly recommend Pirelli Diablo Corsa III tyres for an R6 or Michelin Pilot Power 2CT tyres are highly rated on here.
