I know that a 600rr is faster than a sv650 but why is it that the 650 is the more acceptable for a new biker?

surely if your but a new 600rr and need to run in the engine, therefore limiting your rev range it would just as same as buying a used 650, only difference being riding position.

I think i will plump for a new bike stick to the rev range as directed and take an advanced course.

hopefully this will help me out for when i do start to open up the engine many miles down the line

sv650s still very capable

you'll need the full power to take the pass the advanced test, i wasnt taking it steady on a zx6r when i passed mins.

the ninja straight 4 is faster than an sv but the sv sounds gorgous and cheaper insurance and pulls out of corners quicker than a 4 cylinder
