New bike running in

Lucky bugger!  Follow the instructions supplied.  Bearing in mind it'll also be shod in new rubber, best to take it steady ot begin with anyway.  Pretend you're riding on wet roads for a couple of hundred miles and gradually apply more load.  Key is not to over-rev, let it struggle at low revs or run for long periods at steady revs.  If you're going to crack the first 600 miles in a weekend, that's not asking too much, is it?
