Assen MotoGP: Casey Stoner slams Sete Gibernau

Aussie Casey Stoner launched a scathing attack on veteran Spaniard Sete Gibernau in Assen today after an unseen incident during qualifying for the Dutch MotoGP race. The 23-year-old was clearly upset with the tactics of some his rivals today, but his frustration boiled over with fellow Ducati GP9 rider Gibernau. As Stoner had to settle for fourth place on the grid to...

check it out..

If what he is saying is true it needs checking out and sorting, there have been a few bad qualification issues on track, the last one very nearly resulted in at least a two if not three bike wipe out, you need to be sure if someone looks round and sees you that they get off the line no matter if they are after a tow or not, it will only be a matter of time before something happens if standards slip.

Decided to register to say that Stoner is now officially the MotoGP mard-arse, everytime he does not win he has an excuse. He has now proven to everybody what a true pratt he really is. Time to pack up your action man kits and head back to the bush where you belong, leither that or sell your gob full of teeth to re-tile the Trafford centre. Maybe he is getting to grips with the fact that 99% of the people on the Moto GP circuit dont like him and it says something when the other riders openly take to this kind of treatment. I am lucky to first hand involved with certain people in Moto GP and they cant all be telling lies. The quicker we see the back of him the better

what an abolute knob. he must think that its his track and that as soon as someone sees him coming they should ride into the gravel. and how childish is he? im sure other people have been fined for giving people the finger live on tv. alex de angelis didnt react that bad and he got it much worse. and he will wonder why he dont get a good appluse at donny gp.

hey parkway.......

better tie a plank across your arse becuase you get any further up stoners and you're gonna disappear! not that that would be a bad thing; gets pretty boring hearing your bleating about "real" race fans and where you have been standing watching this race and that one. just face it, more people dislike stoner than like him and that's why we write here.

btw i'll have a clip board ready for your response pmsl

It's people like you that make me embarrassed to be British. I'm a Yamaha fan through & through (right back when Scott Russell was riding the YZF) and I'm not particularly keen on Stoner, but since he is one of the TOP 3 RIDERS IN THE WORLD then surely he deserves a little respect and gratitude?

How boring would MotoGP be without him? He spurs Rossi on to perform at superhuman levels rather than just cruising around like he did on the RCV990....anyone remember Phillip Island 2003 with the time penalty?!

If you want to vent your anger then why not start on one of our own, JT, who seems to have EVEN MORE excuses than Stoner, and he needs a pair of binoculars to see the podium he's that far down the field. He's an embarrassment to his country.....much more so than Stoner to his. End of.
