Nastiest crash I've seen for a while, and he's been looking so smooth all year aswell. Get well soon Nori, I hope to god that's not your season over..

Best wishes

Best wishes to Nori.

Hope you get well soon. I think this one will have to be a "glass half full" situation, it's not good for the championship title but things could have been much worse.

Noooo!  Haven't heard about this till now.  I've been happy that he's finally going to get the championship he deserves and now this.  Hope it's not too serious.

Haga

What rotten luck! Couldn't have happened at a worse time. Although looking at the crash it could have been much worse. Hope you're back to health soon and back on the bike!! The championship won't have the same interest without you!! If you can't do it this year it'll have to wait ´til next !! Get well soon Nori!!

Marshalling protocols need to improve - a lot

The Marshalls need better protocols.
I'm not criticising them, they probably did what they've been taught.
But what's being taught needs a rethink.
Letting Nori walk with a fractured vertebra could have left him paralised.
Thankfully it didn't. But it shouldn’t be so down to luck.
Afterall, maybe the next guy to go down like that won't be so lucky.

Now they could not have known he had a neck or spinal injury for certain - But when a rider goes that high, comes down of his back and is twatted at least once and maybe twice by his bike its a high likelihood. And that's what they need to respond to.

The South Africans did a better initial job with Laconi than the Brits did with Haga.

We need to raise our game .

Im gutted at what happened to nori today, i hope you get better soon and get back on the bike the championship is not going to be the same without the "king of slide". I really thought thought this was going to be your year to take the title that you so deserve for all the effort you've put in over the years.
