BSB Race 2: Camier does the double – again

Leon Camier has taken his second race win in Scotland today at round six of the ViSK British Superbike Championship. The Airwaves Yamaha rider came over the line almost five seconds clear of second place man Josh Brookes on the HM Plant Honda. The final step on the podium went to the second Airwaves Yamaha in the hands of James Ellison. John...

Yeah, you just know how the next race is going to pan out. There is just so little quality on the BSB grid to take the race to Camier this season.

Sylvain Guintoli's loss realy killed off the championship, sure Easton, Brookes & Ellison are putting in regular podium finishes but I cant see any of them winning many, or any races during the remainder of the year.

Come on guys...

Poor Camier seems to be turning into that person who always sits on the sofa by himself at parties. Give him a break. It's not his fault that he is at the top of his riding game and has the bike to match. You must remember that he was setting himself up nicely last year with Shakey and the team for this years success.

It may be a little 'dull' in terms of the championship lead, but there's plenty of other fights out there on the grid (Easton, Brookes and the Kawka boys). Leon's job to his team and himself is to win races, period. There's no prizes for messing up and letting the championship hang in the balance even if this does make good viewing.
