just drained both forks, removed old seals to fit new ones and doh! how do i refill them? i understand the usual way is to undo the fork cap and pour it in but i haf ze air-damped forks ja?

i measured the amount of oil i took out so i'm clear on that. :smile 

just dont know how to get it in :upset: (story of my life)

a little tinternet research :winkie: thought i'd post to share case anyone else has same question.

fork cap out, fill to 90mm from top, forks compressed, spring out :biggrin: 15wt oil recommended.

no air in the forks or the seals will go again (apparently)
