"You have a woman's hands my lord!"

Greetings!

I have a heck of a time finding gloves that fit me comfortably.  I've tried a bunch of stuff - currently I still have some knackered old ladies' Joe Rockets and some Lidl specials.  Neither of which really fit properly but get reasonably close.

Here's the problem - I'm probably XXL or XXXL in finger length (and hand width too) but have .. uh .. let's say 'slender' wrists :)

My measurements are (roughly):
Wrist to tip of middle finger = 22cm
Hand width = 10cm (across base of fingers)
Wrist circumference = 18cm

I nearly always end up with too tight on the middle finger, between thumb and index finger, or too sloppy at the wrist.   I've spent a long time in bike shops trying varietal brands on to little avail.

If anybody has solved a similar sizing (or proportionally similar) issue - please do tell :)

(Mind you - I'm thinking of skipping buying summer gloves this year )

Cheers,
Will.

Perhaps?

Dunno if you could get some tailored round the wrists?

Gloves

I'll wager those dainty digits have never gutted a moose in a storm to use its hamstring as a makeshift chain!

Any hoos, Iv'e got a similar problam to yourself (the hands bit anyway!) Hands like shovels, wrists like a flamingo's knees. Went to Hein Gericke and tried a pair of Alpinestars Goretex 365 GTX - too tight, H.G. sent off to Italy (no extra cost) for a pair of XXXL perfect! and they adjust really well around the wrist. They are expensive, but I ride 24/7 - 365 and cover about 30,000 miles a year commuting etc and they are bone dry in really shit down pours, well worth the dosh. I would get em again.
